We can auto draft a checking account or credit / debit card each month or you can pay in full for a year at a time. We also accept check and cash at our front desk.
We recommend you wear loose fitting clothes or clothes that you can easily bend, squat, stretch and allow for a variety of movements. Please wear sensible footwear, something that is sturdy, and comfortable.
Please bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. However, these items are not required, but we do highly encourage you to bring both items.
We would like you to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled training session/class to ensure you have enough time to stretch and prepare for the session or class without being rushed.
YES! We encourage you to bring a friend and experience our facility for the first time free of charge.
If you are planning on workout out on your own, we require you to be 18 years old. If you are purchasing a personal training package and will be under the supervision of one of our professionals, then ages can vary. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to book a session, please contact us for more details.

Memberships may be canceled at any time by filling out a cancellation form. All past due balances must be paid at the time of cancellation.
